Laura Boffi



is an interaction & service designer and design researcher. Her research focuses on how people make sense of the context they inhabit, appropriating the objects and technology they are surrounded by. She masters the People Centred Design process in a sensitive way. She gathers insights from real people and envisions innovative concepts which co-creates and prototypes iteratively with users and stakeholders. She holds a BA in industrial design from the Polytechnic of Turin, an MA in Design from the Design Academy Eindhoven and an IDP diploma in interaction & service design from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
