received the degree of Electronics and Computation Engineering from CETI in 2003; and M.S degree in electrical engineering and PhD. degree in electrical engineering with orientation in Computer Science from CINVESTAV Unidad Guadalajara, México in 2005 and 2009, respectively. Founder and Director of Innovation and Research Center (CIIDETEC-UVM) https://www.cidetec-uvm.com. Awarded with the 2012 International David A. Wilson Award for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, from Laureate International Universities with the project Academic coaching decision making system based on artificial intelligence technology. Awarded with the first place of the 2016 National Research FIMPES of Social Impact with the social educative model CIIDETEC-UVM.
