Jessica Kropczynski

 

is postdoctoral researcher in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State. She is specifically working with the GeoDeliberation Project funded by the National Science Foundation which is a partnership between the university and members of the local municipal government to enable democratic decision-making and and civic engagement in city planning. She received her PhD in Sociology from the University of Kentucky and holds a Masters of Public Policy and Administration. Her research interests include social network analysis, socio-technical studies, and community informatics.
