Lindsey Balderaz
grew up in west Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2007. She received her Master’s degree in Special Education and Teaching Certification from the University of North Texas. In August of 2014, Lindsey earned her Doctorate Degree in Special Education with a focus on Autism Research at UNT as well. Lindsey worked in public schools as a special education teacher, behavior specialist, and autism facilitator for eight years. She is now a Senior Lecturer in the Special Education Department at The University of Texas – Permian Basin. Her areas of research include autism interventions, instructional technology, and teacher preparation programs.
