Michael W. Beach

 

is a PhD student and instructor in Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) at the University of Washington with over 5 years of experience across research and design activities. Their work focuses on design interventions that practitioners can adapt to align speculative & more-than-human values within a design context, with a focus on issues of climate change & social justice.
