Roope Raisamo



is a full professor since 1998 and the head of Tampere Unit for Computer-Human Interaction (TAUCHI) in the University of Tampere, Finland. He has led more than 40 externally funded national and international projects in haptic interaction, computer vision, and multimodal systems. He has an extensive international network in Europe, the USA, Japan and Canada. His publication record covers more than 180 refereed scientific publications and several patents.
