Selene Uras

 

has a Master Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a PhD In Computer Science.
Her research is focused on the fields in which it is necessary to combine both human-centered and technological acquired skills: social network analysis, Open Source Communities, cognitive ergonomy and Interaction Design.
Her activity is currently focused on various Interaction Design techniques (eye tracking, focus group, real customer involving, field analysis, focus group, usability testing, interviews, observation grid, ethnographic research, self report, field research...) to design and develop highly technological solutions based on users' needs, desires and expectations.
